The Synclast Wireless Enabled Liberty License (SWELL) allows you to use Synclast's J2ME technologies in your wireless games and applications. You retain all copyrights and rights to your work. In exchange, Synclast gains the right to promote and sell your applications through our application distribution network subject to standard revenue share terms. This right is non-exclusive, and you are free to license and distribute your applications in any way you choose.

You must agree to the terms of this license to distribute applications built with Synclast APIs or tools. You may also voluntarily enter into this license to allow Synclast to sell any of your J2ME applications.
