You are free to use the Synclast UI API is released under the terms of the GNU General Public License. The GPL allows full use of the software, provided that you also make available the source of your application should you choose to distribute it. However, we recognize that this license may not be viable or appropriate for all applications built with the toolkit. To accommodate wide usage of the API, we maintain copyright control and offer an alternative license:
Commercial License
If your application is not suitable for the GPL license (for example, a J2ME application developed for corporate use, or as part of a commercial mobile service offering), we also offer a fee-based commercial license. Please contact us at info@synclast.com with your application details and requirements.
